Life as an athlete or teenager can be overwhelming. Whether you're managing stress, anxiety, depression, or life transitions, our mental health counseling services provide a safe, supportive, and confidential space to navigate your challenges. I specialize in helping athletes and individuals 14 years old or older uncover the root of their struggles, develop coping strategies, and build resilience. Together, we’ll work to help you thrive both on and off the field. Available for Ohio residents via virtual sessions.
